WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
CLASSIFICATION: Office Personnel - Cabinet Level Administrative Assistants
STATUS: Hourly - Non-Exempt
HIRING SALARY: $19.71 to $22.50 ($40,997 to $46,800 annually)
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates possessing a general understanding of the Department of Equity and Inclusion work in education desired. Qualified candidates will be conscientious, well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to set priorities. They will be self-starting and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in the use of all office equipment required. Experience with Microsoft applications such as Word and EXCEL is mandatory. Above average keyboarding skills are essential. Candidates must be able to communicate and interact tactfully and professionally with staff and various members of the public including parents, students, teachers, building level and central office administrators, community patrons, and public and private agencies.
