- Standards:
Computer literate, knowledge of word and excel preferred.
Able to effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in writing.
Understanding of geriatric and disabled population
Mature, able to handle difficult issues and ability to work singular or as part of a team.
Job Functions:
1. Greet visitors coming into the assisted living building
2. Assist with inquires and tours for Assisted Living
3. Answer phone, direct calls
4. Prepare paperwork for new employees, maintain employee records; track attendance and training.
5. Prepare timecards accurately and send hours to corporate office
6. Code accounts payable send to corporate
7. Assist with hiring and orientation of new staff, staff appreciation and recognition activities
8. Prepare paperwork for new residents, Assisted residents with new paperwork for admission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.98 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
