SalarySpherion is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Admirative Assistant. This role will initially be temporary for a period of 3-6 months, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our team lead, with various data mining and spreadsheet tasks. Pay: $18/hr
Responsibilities:
- Assist leadership with data mining and analysis tasks using Excel and other tools.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as x-lookup, v-lookup, and conditional formatting to organize and analyze data effectively.
- Support in the bi-monthly billing process by ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Conduct ticking/tying activities to reconcile data and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in data management.
- Provide ad-hoc support to other team members as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in data mining, analysis, or spreadsheet management roles preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent advanced Excel skills, including x-lookup, v-lookup, and conditional formatting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
