Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to administer energy product or service information via written correspondence and/or telephone contact to internal or external customers, daily. Coordinate energy service appointments via telephone contact and/or written correspondence to customers, daily.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to
- Handle customer calls in a timely, and professional, manner
- Process payments, orders and requests accurately
- Reconcile, process and file necessary paperwork
- Process electronic files, via email
- Compile and submit finalized documentation
- Receive orders from drivers, salespeople or customers
- Download reports
- Manage/verify truck DOT files
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, and written, communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well within strict time frames
- Detail oriented with the ability to process work accurately with minimal errors
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work without supervision and make appropriate decisions
- Work well in a team environment
- Ability to left 35 lbs
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
