Pay: $22/hr
Responsibilities:
Sort incoming mail and distribute it accordingly
Transcribe recordings from attorneys as required
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Working hours: 9:25 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
- Prior experience in administrative roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Transcribing experience in the previous positions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of office equipment and computer applications
- Minimum education: High School
