ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Receive and properly route all incoming calls and ensure staff receives appropriate messages
• Greet all visitors to the facility and provide courteous and professional responses to their individual business needs and/or direct the visitors to appropriate staff
• Unlock and lock front doors daily
• Responsible for keeping reception area neat and organized at all times
• And related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to maintain a professional attitude and work effectively with all levels of staff.
• Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to coordinate and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Efficient verbal, written, and typing skills.
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Must possess good listening skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of clerical experience preferred
