Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently
- Type, transcribe, and file documents as needed
- Perform order entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized data entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
-Working knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
