Small, but growing, Accounting Firm in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant. Our unique, informal, culture fosters a laid-back atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who is career-minded with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Should be self-motivated and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Greet clients, schedule appointments, and handle basic questions
· Maintain files and records
· Prepare correspondence and spreadsheets
· Provide a wide variety of administrative assistance to employees in the organization
Administrative Requirements:
· Excellent phone etiquette
· Proficient with computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail, and database software
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Ability to type at a reasonable pace
Physical Requirements:
· Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling
· Reaching
· Lifting boxes up to 20 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.13 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
