Form of workOur client, a manufacturing company that makes tablet presses for the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6-12 month contract in their Rockaway, NJ location. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to
appropriate personnel or department. - Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel
are unavailable. - Data entry and filing documents.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announce visitors to
appropriate personnel. - Receive, sort, and route mail, and maintain and route publications. Understand
and can use the postage meter for sending mail and special shipments. - Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
- Coordinate and organize in-house catering for guests/ customers.
- Must have experience with MS Word and Excel. SAP experience would be a plus.
