Five Star Painting is expanding!!! Five Star Painting is hiring a local Administrative Assistant. As a valued team member, you will support team members through organising meetings, completing administrative tasks and to provide clear communication with all team members. This position will offer (owner choice of hours) flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess a positive proactive mindset and keep the team organized. Some responsibilities will require you to be available to respond to customers and/or other team members in the evenings or on Saturdays.
Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant
- Establish positive working relationships with customers, painters, and team.
- Receive work orders and match them up with appropriate paint crews.
- Arrange job start dates and times with customers.
- Communicate by phone, text, or email all details related to each job with project. manager, painters, customers, and Five Star owner.
- Conduct close-out calls with customers as jobs are finished.
- Post before & after pictures and other updates to social media - Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
- Proficient in technology (Google, Microsoft, QBO).
- Proficient in scheduling on Google calendar.
