Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

```Duties```

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our office operations.

- Handle tasks related to debits, credits, balance sheet reconciliation, and journal entries

- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements

- Assist with financial concepts such as budgeting, account analysis, and governmental accounting

- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial record keeping

```Qualifications```

The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position should possess the following qualifications:

- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles

- Experience with debits, credits, balance sheet reconciliation, and journal entries

- Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop

- Knowledge of budgeting processes and account analysis

- Understanding of governmental accounting practices
