Who We Are

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do

This person will be responsible for the development and execution of test plans and scripts, coordinating the resolution and escalation of bugs and issues that result from the testing process, and for facilitating software releases into the production environment.

Essential Functions

  • Create and execute test plans that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications
  • Document and track core product defects during the testing process. Review and manage bugs reported in internal tracking system and facilitate the resolution of issues with the QA team, development, databases, product development and business sponsors
  • Compile QA quality metrics, tracking and status update reports on a regular basis and distribute to designated team members
  • Assist on team efforts in facilitating releases to testing environments, assist with facilitating
  • Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed
  • Analyze formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
  • Assist in the development of change control processes, practices, and guidelines for new and existing technologies
  • Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team


Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing large software systems. Equivalent experience in descriptive software test automation development will be considered.
  • 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience of manual and automated testing
  • Business Application experience with finance and accounting background
  • Experience in leading and managing QA team in a SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, impeccable attention to detail, and desire to work with financial data
  • Solid understanding of enterprise software quality assurance processes and product lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with test plan development, test case generation, test plan execution, formal defect tracking and reporting methodologies.
  • Experience performing hands-on testing for new features, system integration etc.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
  • Experience with prices, derivatives, commission structures, customer billing etc.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles such as GAAP, Chart of Accounts etc.
  • Writing SQL scripts, knowledge of SQL Server
  • Experience with descriptive/advanced programming in test automation tools like SOAPUI Pro, Selenium, Ranorex, SeeTest, QTP
  • Experience working with automated testing tools and open source UI testing tool
  • Experience with Automated testing of web services
  • Knowledge of Regression testing methodologies
  • Strong Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RUP methodologies
