THE JOB:

Our team is growing, and we are looking to add a recruiter to our team.

In this role, you will be connecting with both the greater Phoenix Metro areas and the Greater Portland area's top sales talent and pairing them with our diverse and respected local and national business clients including Fortune 500 clients.

This starts out as half-desk recruiting role but gradually morphs into a full-desk role where you will hunt for new candidates, identify good job fits, and help facilitate the hiring process from interview through to the offer acceptance! We are a close-knit team, and everyone here is focused on their personal success and the success of the company. A good recruiter will be sociable, confident, articulate, and very organized. The job requires a lot of hard work, but is very rewarding and keeps you on your toes.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience or recruiting preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Highly organized, able to keep track of many tasks at any given time
• Fast learner who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting
• Open to working remotely 4 days a week, with 1 day a week in the Tigard, Oregon office

THE BENEFITS:

• $75k - 85k year one targeted earnings ($50k base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses)
• Year 2 OTE is $75k - 110k+, with Year 3 OTE of $100k - 130k+
