Seeking articulate individual for small office located in our warehouse facility. Job duties include customer service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. We are a specialized delivery service dealing with antiques, fine furniture, and interior design installations. Applicant must be willing to help in all aspects of office and warehouse management. Must be reliable and on time. Able to handle a multitude of tasks, maintain good relationships with clients, and keep detailed records of shipments scheduled for delivery, as well as incoming and outgoing shipments.

*Please note that this is NOT a warehouse job. We are not seeking warehouse help, warehouse packers, shippers or loaders. This is strictly an OFFICE position seeking someone who is well versed in handling customer service requests, scheduling pick ups and deliveries and is extremely detail oriented. Detailed inventories must be maintained on a daily basis involving furniture and home decor items being received, documented, and stored, as well as items being shipped out of our facility. Experience with Word and Excel are a plus.
Experience welcomed but not necessary. You will be trained accordingly and specific to this company's job duties and requirements.
