Commercial Litigation Associate

Description:

A Business & Real Estate Law Firm, a growing boutique business and real estate law firm in DFW, is seeking an experienced, skilled litigator to collaborate with the firm's team to achieve excellent results for our clients. This role is designed to support partner-level litigators while further developing your courtroom and deposition skills and experience.
In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a small docket of litigation matters;
• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda;
• Drafting pleadings and discovery;
• Attending hearings, depositions, and trial as assigned;
• Interfacing with opposing counsel and clients to prosecute and defend cases; and
• Collaborating with the firm's attorneys and staff to achieve our clients' litigation goals;
