Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing calendars and various databases.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Research for various projects
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
