This entry level role will have the primary responsibilities that include completing all tasks associated with the RFP process, including production, assembly, scheduling delivery. Bill and invoice, follow up on aged receivables and complete check requests for the department. Ensure all RMC/Broker agreements are received, corrected, executed, and forwarded to applicable parties. Attend all department meetings and prepare associated materials—invites, agendas, handouts. Take meeting minutes and distribute them to PE team, develop and maintain department spreadsheets and assist Public Entity Team in developing model PowerPoint safety related presentations. · Must be highly proficient in the Microsoft Suite and PDF editors.
· Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
