Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist with document preparation and management using software such as Microsoft Office and DocuSign
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks online
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
-Respond to social media inquiries and comments
-Respond to Google reviews
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment operation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
