Job Type: 25-35 hours per week
Compensation: $15-22 per hour depending on experience
As an Executive & Personal Assistant to our esteemed Real Estate Developer and Entrepreneur, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, playing a vital role in supporting our day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with Real Estate Development Projects: Dive into the exciting world of Real Estate development by providing invaluable support on various projects, including research, paperwork, and logistical coordination.
- Managing Rental Properties: Take charge of coordinating maintenance, make ready, showing available properties, managing social media pages, managing tenant communications, and ensuring our rental properties are in top-notch condition.
- Running Personal Errands: From scheduling appointments to picking up dry cleaning, you'll ensure that our entrepreneur's personal life runs seamlessly.
- Customary Personal Assistant Duties: From managing calendars to organizing travel arrangements, you'll handle a wide range of administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferable in business or in related field).
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the region as necessary.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Technologically savvy.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
- Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
- Organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work as a self-starter.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
