Overview: Houston CEO is seeking a Personal Assistant to work on a part-time basis.
- Flexible Daytime Hours, based on the Candidate’s Schedule
- Approximately 12 to 24 hours per week, across 2 to 3 days per week
- Pay: Hourly rate, based on skills & level of experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant:
- Run Personal Errands including dry cleaning, returns, vehicle maintenance, deliveries, etc.
- Arrange Travel Accommodations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency, functionality, and aesthetics of Jeremy’s home and office.
- Property Management:
- Landscaping, Maintenance & Repairs contractor management.
- Shopping, as needed for household items.
- Event Planning:
- Dinner Parties, Holiday Parties, and Special Events at Event Venues – Anticipate 1 per month.
- Coordinate with catering services, and entertainment providers to ensure successful events.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs for hosted events.
- Public Relations:
- Identify Galas and Social Events for Jeremy to attend.
- Secure opportunities for speaking engagements and guest appearances.
- Stay informed about insight into the Houston business and social scene.
- Leverage new ways to build and promote personal brand on social media.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency, functionality, and aesthetics of Jeremy’s home and office.
Possible Profiles to Consider:
- College Student pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Event Management
- Empty Nester in the River Oaks, West University, or Memorial community
- Parent, re-entering the Workforce, needing part-time work
