Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Provide technical sales support to clients, including product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the catering process
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management and reporting
- Experience in technology sales or related field is preferred
- Excellent business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts with clients
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
