Job Description:
- Work Directly with our Contracted Trade Show Vendors
- Build Catering Menus and Proposals based on the Trade Show Clientele
- Liaison between Kitchen Staff, Operations Staff and Outside Vendors
- Use of Microsoft Excel
- Use of Word
- Use of Outlook Mail & Calendar
- Use Internal Software to Execute Event Proposals
- Site Visits with Trade Show Managers
- Billing, Invoicing & Payments to Trade Show
- Scheduling Staff Needed for Activations, Complimentary Meals, Concessions, and Bars
- Attend & Work Foodstuffs Events as Needed

Requirements
- 1-2 Years of Managing Banquets and Multi-Events
- Prior Off Premise Catering Work
- Excel Proficient
- Word Proficient
- Ability to Work Weekends and Flexible Schedule
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay
- Base: $45,000
- Plus: Commission
