About out Team:
Luma Psychology is a compassionate provider of psychological services through Telehealth and in-office visits in the DFW area. We provide psychological counseling for individuals, couples and families. We also offer play therapy and filial therapy for children and families.

About the position:
Luma Psychology is seeking an Office Manager to assist with day-to-day operations in an established private-practice setting. This position is part-administrative and part-Personal Assistant to Dr. Kellam. Duties and functions of the position include:

• Managing client on-boarding, paperwork, and scheduling
• Greeting clients, answering the office phone, and responding to calls received through the answering service
• Maintaining paperwork and documentation related to Luma Psychology
• Cleaning and organizing the Office and reception areas
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance
• Acting as a Personal Assistant to Dr. Kellam- setting appointments and reminders, running errands, some light lunch preparation and assistance with your colleague “Sugar,” our resident Therapy Dog In-Training.

Preferred experience: 1-2 years of clerical or administrative work

• Experience with CRM or Scheduling software, or willingness to learn
• Pay and Benefits: $18 - $20, commensurate with experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
