Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
• Prepare and draft presentations, reports, and other important documents for the CEO.
• Monitor and manage deadlines and deliverables for various projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and compile information on various topics as assigned by the CEO.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate and assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive or Personal Assistant, supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
