We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing daily operations, as well as providing support to other team members and departments as needed.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient with computers and office software, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload effectively. Some specific responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with subs and homeowners.
- Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Managing the office budget, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Social Media Management
- Email Campaign Marketing
- City Permit Submittals
- Scheduling of Inspections
- Scopes
- Invoices
- Change Orders
