Overview

Seeking a passionate Personal Assistant with a service mentality. This person must be flexible and not be irritated when things change. A switched on, fearless and organized Assistant who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and loves to learn. You will focus on supporting our external business interests and personal family affairs. By running a tight ship and providing service and support you will allow me to focus on the business and family matters at hand.

Some responsibilities will include:

● Calendar management and scheduling appointments

● Administrative work and tracking projects (half of your day)

● Analyzing information and feedback and implement solutions

● Assist with child and doggy care as needed

● Business and personal research tasks

● Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items

● Be flexible enough to come to owners home if needed

● Running errands

Requirements:

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Excellent customer service.

● Proficient in typing and data entry

● Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

● Resourceful, trustworthy and professional support to the team.

● Excellent administration and organization skills.

● Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize.

● Strong and friendly personality with the ability to manage different personalities

● Excellent research skills.

● Initiative, proactive problem solving and autonomous work.

● Excellent understanding of Microsoft products.

If you have a desire to learn more but also don’t want to dive into something boring or monotonous this may be the role for you. Ideally this person would work between 25-30 hours a week and we can be flexible if you have existing schedules that need to be worked around. Our office is moving into Magnolia (1488 & 2978) in the coming months.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
