The Administrative Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Property office as well as resource services to residents of the Property.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office Support:
- Receives incoming correspondence and directs inquiries appropriately
- Assists in the generation of outgoing correspondence including typing, printing, scanning, and faxing
- Receives requests for in-house apartment repairs and enters the work order in Yardi
- Attends and assists Management with functions as it may relate to tenant meetings, concerns, or open houses.
- Maintains effective working relationships with associates, tenants, and the public.
Service to tenants:
- Assists the tenants’ organizations and social club in planning, scheduling, and providing
space and equipment for special events and keep these groups informed of available resources and programs through the written monthly bulletin;
- Identifies potential leaders or persons with special skills and solicit their participation in or initiation of various activities;
- Communicates with the families of tenants to elicit their interest in and support for both the tenants and the activities of the housing project;

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
