```Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist and SocialMedia Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist, you will be responsible for all customer service, scheduling artists, and handling paperwork. You will be the first person clients see and talk to when they come into the shop! It is important to be organized, friendly, and determined. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. This includes posting on all of our Social Media channels and staying consistent with customer service through these platforms. If you have a passion for Social Media, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Schedule apointments for each of our clients
- Customer service through phone, emails, and Social Media
- File and handle paperwork and consent forms
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to align with business goals
- Manage and maintain Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Create engaging and shareable content such as posts, videos, and graphics
- Monitor Social Media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Insights
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
