```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary
- Manage outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying and scanning
-Edit financial statements using word and excel
- Compile tax documents and tax returns
- Maintain record keeping system
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
