Job Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide coverage and operational support to the Tax-Free Fixed Income executives and team. The ideal candidate possesses previous administrative support experience, confidence using technological systems, can work well under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment is resourceful, reliable and can work independently. Must be available to work from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30PM.
- Coordinate logistics for senior-level internal/external meetings and conference calls - including room scheduling, remote and in- office set ups, handling catering orders, meeting materials, and greeting guests
- Maintain detailed calendars and prioritize meeting requests andrelated logistics
- Manage and coordinate travel using Concur and Ovation
- Process and track expenses ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursements
- Prepare and distribute materials for various weekly and monthly team meetings
- Work extensively and daily with investment research and portfolio management systems (called Creditscope and Perform) to update data, upload research reports, run analysis and link new information being entered
- Have regular interaction and work with investment team.
- Execute special projects on an ad hoc basis
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
