Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Act as a personal assistant to the management team, scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
  • Manage and organize paperwork, contracts, and documents related to Real Estate transactions.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.

Client Communication:

  • Assist in responding to client inquiries, maintaining client databases, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

Transaction Coordination:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of Real Estate transactions.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of listings, transactions, and client information.
  • Input data into relevant databases and systems.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents.

Office Management:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Support in the organization and maintenance of a clean and efficient office space.
  • Provide general customer service and support to clients or visitors

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Real Estate management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Familiarity with Real Estate processes and documentation.
