Kitson & Partners (K&P), a leading Florida residential and commercial real estate development company, seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized professional to support an Executive in our Palm Beach Gardens, FL location. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an efficient Administrative Assistant with strong written communication, interpersonal, and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provides high level administrative and organizational support including calendar and scheduling.
- Regular use of word processing and various presentation software to create and edit documents.
- Regular use of video editing software to create video presentations for various employee relations events.
· Researches, compiles and summarizes information for reports and presentations.
- Assists with promotion of K&P’s company culture by planning and executing onsite/offsite associate morale boosting activities, i.e., quarterly offsite events, birthday celebrations, special day celebrations, associate luncheons bi-monthly internal newsletters, bulletin boards, internal communication system, etc.
- Assists with various tasks and research for HR and commercial insurance needs
- Provides technical HR assistance including background checks, scheduling of drug-free testing and assembly of onboarding paperwork.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion, maintains confidentiality and security, and ensures compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Provides follow up assistance as needed to ensure that deliverables stay on task.
Skills and abilities:
- High energy and passionate about helping to create a strong company culture.
- Strong technical expertise with MS Office suite, PowerPoint and Publisher, and Outlook. Video editing software experience helpful.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to successfully interact and collaborate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Commercial Insurance and prior administrative HR background a plus.
