Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join our team at the Tinton Falls office. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in creating and revising reports, designing presentations, and supporting various operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Operations by creating and revising monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Assist with quarterly/annual business reviews using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Develop Power Point presentations for special projects within the operation.
  • Help in assigning and tracking monthly training for all TMG Associates.
  • Design and document workflows under the guidance of Operations Management.
  • Create and distribute client surveys, and compile and monitor results.
  • Undertake other projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel (Macros/Power BI preferred), PowerPoint (strong presentation skills), Outlook, Visio.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is desired but not mandatory.
  • Strong work ethic with a team and service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
