Job description

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

I’m Jess, the CEO of Greenhaus Painting— we’re a female-owned, Fairfield County based residential Painting Company that hires TOP performers.

We understand that the very best people out there are looking for opportunities that speak to them and that work is more than just money or a title. You’re not just looking for “some job” with the same old BS, you’re looking for something different from the status-quo, something that truly lights you up.

We are too–and we hope that’s you.

You should keep reading this job post if:

  • You want your work to add to your life - not take from it. You love life.
  • You like a fast paced, always-changing environment with something new happening every day.
  • You are ambitious financially, and also in life.
  • You love to serve people, deliver great experiences, and build genuine relationships.
  • You work hard, you have strong character, strong values, and you believe in carrying your weight - and you usually go beyond that.
  • You want to love going to work - including the work you do, who you do it with, and the values of the company you’re building a career with.
  • You don’t want to be micromanaged - you want to be empowered.
  • You are hungry to learn, grow and develop yourself as a professional and as a person. You actively pursue opportunities to better yourself because stagnation doesn’t suit you.
  • You love to crush goals and don’t half ass anything.
  • You are a badass.

If that describes you, and you’re reading this job post I’m guessing you haven’t found a company that lives up to your own ambitions and expectations yet.

Who We Are:

Greenhaus Painting is the fastest growing residential Painting Company in Fairfield County. Our team cares deeply about each other, our clients and every aspect of the work we do. We are obsessed with cultivating an incredible company culture, and together, are building a team of powerhouse human beings. While being female-owned sets us apart, it's not the only thing about us that shatters the idea of what a Painting Company “should be”. We are professionalizing the painting industry, elevating the trades, and redefining what exceptional customer experiences mean, one painting project at a time.

We’re Part of a National Organization:

Greenhaus Painting is one of many companies connected through our parent company, National Painting Group.

National Painting Group’s mission is to change the way business is done. We are building market leading home improvement companies and are able to provide significant career growth opportunities to our team members through our network.

We Believe: The home improvement industry is broken. The painting industry is a multi-billion dollar industry that’s been around for over 200 years, yet it still doesn’t have any clear market leaders. That’s because homeowners have horror stories about working with less-than-great contractors that confirm time and time again that the bar for the trades is set too low. We’re committed to raising it.

National Painting Group is built to solve the trades issue and we’re at the edge of significant growth in all of our companies. That's why we are looking for YOU, someone we can invest in and support in fulfilling their own goals and ambitions.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH US:

  • Autonomy: We don’t micromanage people here. We know our roles and we trust each other to do our jobs.
  • Performance Oriented: We’re thorough, efficient and constantly raising the bar of what’s possible. We’re obsessed with being high performers, and we measure our success based on results, not hours worked.
  • Growth Oriented: We’re a fast growing company, driven by naturally growth-minded people. We practice unwavering accountability, to our work, each other and our ambitious goals.
  • Training & Development: We sincerely value our team and take employee training and development to a whole new level. It's the “secret sauce” that gives our company a huge advantage.
  • Our training and development program is designed to boost performance while making a meaningful impact on the quality of our everyday life. It’s the frame-work that allows us to do what we do.
  • Our Team: We have a tight knit company culture that cares deeply for each other. If you get selected for this role, it's because you're "one of us". We cheer each other on, work as a team to get things done and are happy doing it.
  • Balance: We’re all about producing exceptional results without sacrificing work/life balance. Our effectiveness in our day-to-day allows us to enjoy flexible schedules, vacations, time off, and time for the things that are most important in life. The world says you need to work long hours to be successful - we disagree.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You live in or around Fairfield County, CT.
  • You're highly coachable.
  • You are great at building genuine relationships, love taking care of people and creating happy customers brings you deep satisfaction!
  • You are a great problem solver, and when confronted with any problems or issues you love to be the person who makes everything right - and you do it with a smile, and gratitude!
  • You enjoy being “on the go” with new projects and initiatives always happening.
  • You’re extremely organized and have an appreciation for details and being thorough– both our team and customers really care about that!
  • You love to learn and are maybe even a little obsessed with improving yourself, your abilities, and your life - you love personal optimization.
  • You love to be a part of a team, a mission, you love to collaborate, initiate and work with others.
  • You are autonomous and great at managing yourself and your own productivity - you don't need anyone micromanaging you.
  • You have an outstanding track record of success and everybody around you knows it
  • You hold yourself to incredibly high standards.
