Title- Administrative Assistant
Location- Hackettstown, NJ USA 07840
Duration- 03 Months (Probationary contract, possible extension or perm hire)
Pay - $21.00/ hr
Job Summary:
Duties/Job Functions:
- Provide support to department leadership by managing calendars, phones, and organizing meetings.
- Maintain records, order and track supplies, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Execute tasks autonomously with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Support day-to-day functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a customer service approach and communicate professionally.
- Respond to and resolve requests in a timely manner.
- Schedule rooms for meetings, events, and appointments.
- Track correspondence and prepare, order, and distribute materials.
- Create presentations, spreadsheets, newsletters, reports, minutes, and agendas.
- Act as a support for the Total Rewards/HR team.
- Work effectively with team members to assist as needed.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Prior administrative experience.
Education:
- High school diploma (Required).
- College degree (Preferred).
