Responsibilities:
- Manage our accounts, both receivables and payable, through QuickBooks
- Manage payroll information
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, invoices, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
-Calling and reminding customers when their account is past due
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite Docs
