Job Description
We’re seeking an Office Administrator/DIR-Certified Payroll Compliance Coordinator who has experience and is ready to go on day one. Experience with State and Federal Prevailing Wage Compliance and State Apprenticeship requirements. Must be familiar with the Construction-specific Department of Industrial Relations and the US Department of Labor prevailing wage compliance procedures. Excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented and is a serious multi-tasker to handle the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department.
Primary Responsibilities
- DIR-Certified Payroll
- Assist with accounting activities such as processing accounts payables and receivables
- Receives and verifies invoices (Three-Way Matching Process)
- Input Invoices
- Weekly Check Run – Vendor Payments
- Miscellaneous duties such as filing/scanning
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
- Adaptable/Flexible
- Ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
