THE POSITION: The Health IT Applications Administrator is responsible for ensuring governance with multiple internal and external partners. The Health IT Applications Administrator will be communicating, prioritizing, and supporting all aspects of a student health and medical billing platform and should have a good understanding of Electronic Health Record maintenance/support. The Health IT Applications Administrator will work to understand both the current setup and ACOE business objectives. This job reports to the assigned administrator.

TYPICAL DUTIES: Lead and manage deployment of healthcare documentation and medical billing systems. All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of computer systems supporting the medical billing platform. Supports bi-directional data transfer process across multiple systems. Collaborates with contractors to design, develop and maintain the health IT applications/infrastructure. Oversees the health and security of the data warehouse. Trains and develops documentation for school officials, administrators, and support staff in software application procedures, in groups and individually, for the purpose of ensuring their ability to use new and/or existing databases and related software.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2 years of Salesforce Administration required. Medical Billing/EHR/Health Application management experience of at least 2 years preferred. Experience of IT implementation in Healthcare required. Familiarity with MuleSoft and Tableau highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Health Cloud and Apex programming language preferred. Equivalency: Equivalent combination of education and experience.
