Sunmaster is looking for a part-time bookkeeper and administrative assistant. This position is great for anyone who has a great knowledge of Quickbooks, good communication skills, can multi task and also be a team player. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
General Duties:
· Process construction project billings and paperwork
· Coordinate with office manager on scheduling
· Order and maintain film stock and installation supplies
· Maintain effective filing systems
· Answer telephones, direct calls, and interact with installation team
· Process vendor transactions and insurance files
· Maintain accounts receivables collections
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· High level of proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft 365
· Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken
· Superior time management and organization skills
· Ability to adapt to new programs for scheduling and invoice handling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
