About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Office Admin to assist with the daily operations of our West Hollywood office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office operations, and assisting with various projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an incredible team of professionals in a creative environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day office operations
● Greet visitors and clients
● Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt
● Prepare and distribute internal office communications & memos
● Maintain office cleanliness and organization to ensure a productive work environment
● Ensure all tech is operating ahead of each Zoom meeting; troubleshoot as needed with ease
● Self-starter that needs minimum supervision
● Ability to effectively work with a diverse range of people and work well on a team
●Expert knowledge of G-Suite
● Must have your own transportation; some errands are required for this role
● Able to work within a fast-paced environment
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations
● Expert at multi-tasking and prioritization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 44 per week
