- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and provide excellent customer service
- Perform bookkeeping duties.
- Must be proficient with Quickbooks accounting program.
```Experience```
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.24 - $24.37 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Schedule:
