Job duties include but not limited to:
Posting daily transactions to accounting
Posting car deals to accounting
Processing vehicle purchases
Credit card reconciliations
Aftermarket cancellations
HR / Onboarding / processing payroll
Insurance / 401k management
Ordering office supplies / running office errands
Candidate must have:
Previous payroll experience
Previous accounting experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects by deadline/importance
Automotive Office and Finance Box/Capping deals are a plus
