Form of workOur client, a leader in manufacturing and distribution, is looking for an AP Specialist to join their team. This position is ideal for someone that has 3+ years of high volume experience.
Main Responsibilites:
- Review, code, and process invoicing into accounting system
- Prepare, process, and run checks in a timely manner
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Generate AP reports as needed
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies in accordance to US GAAP
- 3 years minimum of relevant AP experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software systems
- Experience with ERP systems a plus
