Procurement/Accounts Payable Specialist

You will provide important purchasing support to a variety of departments, divisions, research labs, and units. You’ll be the main point of contact for procurement needs as you oversee, coordinate, report, and perform purchasing activities. Other responsibilities include:

• Completing purchases, travel support, and reimbursement requests.
• Serving as a liaison between the campus unit and vendors.
• Ensuring purchases and payments are processed promptly.
  

Pay Range: $26.48 - $53.40 Hourly

We’re seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and organized professional with:

• Understanding of procurement policies and systems.
• Strong communication and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret terms and conditions of contracts.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and word processing software.
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing (preferred).
