Job Responsibilities
- Accurately review and process vendor invoices
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Perform data entry associated with Accounts Payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Verify each invoice entry is paired with an invoice attachment
- Process invoices for payment in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Attach supporting documentation for the revised selection of payments
- Matches invoices to accounts and locations by analyzing invoice/expense reports
- Perform other assigned tasks
- OneSite/RealPage experience preferred, or similar ERP-system
- Minimum of 1 year of previous Accounts Payable experience
- Minimum of 1 year of previous data entry experience required
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently and effectively
- Strong analytical abilities
- High School diploma
This position reports directly to the Finance Manager and will office out of our Corporate Office located at 9651 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX.
