Form of workKey Responsibilities:
- Processing high volume of transactions handling full cycle A/P
- Maintains accurate records of all banking transactions
- Review, code and enter all non-purchase order invoices
- Perform 2-way and 3-way match to resolve any discrepancies
- Post Manufacturer Invoices
- Process and research invoice variances
- Monitor and ensure invoices are timely approved.
- Assist in preparation of weekly check runs & Check Request
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Accounting Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience 2 - way & 3 - Way Match
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excel Basics
