Catalent is looking to hire an Specialist, Accounts Payablewho will provide support to Princeton site’s A/P and other financial activities to ensure Invoices & payments are processed accurately in a timely manner.

The Role:

• Key in vouchers (GL coding, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation and approval verification)
• Act as the site owner of SAP Concur invoice solution, streamline PO and invoice processing and provide visibility into every step of the process
• Liaise with the Global FSSC in invoice processing and monitoring efficient workflow
• Reconcile A/P accounts and maintain general ledger; Research invoice and PO related issues and resolve them with operations; Resolve vendor inquires
• Prepare sales tax filing and annual 1099s; Support month-end closing activities; Perform required SOX controls and maintain required SOX documents
• Ad hoc project as requested by Site Leadership Team
• Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle AP experience
• Proficiency in MS office, Excel and Outlook; Previous Experience with SAP Concur and JD Edwards/ERP Systems is preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with firm deadlines
• Strong analytical and research skills; Strong communication skills; High attention to detail
