```Duties```
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for proper documentation and approval
- Prepare and process journal entries related to Accounts Payable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Accounts Payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
- Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries
```Requirements```
- MUST be bi-lingual
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software such as PeopleSoft, Quicken, QuickBooks online, or similar systems
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Ceridian or other human resources software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
