- Oversees cash flow for all development project sources.
- Tracks budgeted-to-actual developer fees.
- Ensure funding receipts are deposited to meet the payment obligations for all development projects.
- Reconciles bank accounts on a monthly basis.
- Reviews project invoices for appropriate coding and process for payment.
- Prepares and enters project-related journal entries to accurately account for all project costs.
- Manages the monthly draw process with project managers to prepare and review development funding draw requests.
- Assist in preparing monthly cashflows to fund ongoing pursuit projects.
- Help oversee the corporate credit card and travel platforms.
- Assist in managing the accounting ERP and AP automation systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related studies and/or accounting and finance
- 2 years' experience in real estate development accounting
- Non degree applicants with 4 years in real estate development accounting experience will also be considered
