We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the employees of Shore Community Services and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices.
```Duties:```
- Administer HR programs and policies, including benefits administration, FMLA, and employee relations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Assist with employee training and development programs.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs.
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in business administration , Human Resources or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
